I am a real estate broker and owner who specializes in the marketing and sale of homes and estates in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties. Since 2004 when I began selling real estate I have sold over 750 homes in the North Bay Area. Our team is noted for excellent service and support and prompt communication. We have current knowledge of the local markets and the skills and experience to guarantee you personal satisfaction.

 

Prior to entering real estate in I was a director of research in Silicon Valley and a marketing consultant. For over 20 years I specialize in the designing and implementing creative marketing and sales programs using traditional and online marketing techniques to find customers and make sales. I use all of the creative marketing techniques I have developed over the years to find qualified buyers for my clients. I always write a marketing plan with a communications calendar and action plan for every home I sell. It is my map to a successful sale and it tells you, the owner, exactly what I plan to do and when. It also give both of us excellent feedback on what's working and what needs to be altered.

 

I hold degrees in mathematics and chemistry from Central Michigan University and I am a licensed real estate broker.
